01. The formulation is purple. Does it have artificial color?
- No. The purple of ACTIVE ESSENCE is the natural color of azulene, which is extracted from chamomile. Therefore, it is safe to use.
02. The color seems to be fading. Will there be problems with performance?
- Naturally fading color does not affect the efficacy of ACTIVE ESSENCE. Therefore, it is safe to use.
03. Can I use it on sensitive/problematic skin?
- Yes. It is safe to use. The product is made through product stability and microbial tests, including skin low-irritation testing, so that all skin types can use it safely. ACTIVE ESSENCE, however, contains various active ingredients, so if you have severe acne or hyper sensitive skin, we recommend that you conduct a patch test before using the product.

1. If any red spot, swelling, itchiness, or skin irritation develops after using the product or if direct sunlight causes irritation, stop using and consult a doctor. 2. **Return Instructions

(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.
