01. Is the product safe for dry skin?
- This product is safe for dry skin. For those who experience dryness, the product is suitable in the summer. If you wish to use it in other seasons, use it with “Organic Jojoba Oil” for moisturization!
02. How is it different to Green Tea Water Cream?
- Green Tea Water Cream is moist free of stickiness and suitable for neutral/combination/dry skin. Peptide water Cream is soft and refreshing and is effective for severely oily skin and skin that lacks moisture.
03. What is the pH index of Peptide Water Cream?
- Peptide Water Cream is slightly acidic with pH of 6.0. (However, there may be a difference of ± 0.5 depending on manufacturing.)
04. I think the content in the tube is insufficient.
- If content is filled up 100% in tubular product containers, it will leak or the container may burst. For stability, it is normal for the content to be filled to about 60% of the tube. Please note that it has 1 -2ml more than the actual product capacity.

1. If any red spot, swelling, itchiness, or skin irritation develops after using the product or if direct sunlight causes irritation, stop using and consult a doctor. 2. Do not apply on areas with scars, eczema, or dermatitis. 3. 1. Requirements:

**Return Instructions

(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.
*Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.
*Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.
*Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.
* Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. However, if EMS’ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. 3) We do not accept return(s) if:
